GigiStays was born from a love of hospitality, beautiful spaces, and the belief that property management should feel personal. After working in boutique hotels and luxury chalet concierge services in the Swiss Alps, I saw firsthand how exceptional experiences are created through care, attention to detail, and genuinely looking after people.
I've always been drawn to the details — the atmosphere of a home, the guest experience, and everything that happens behind the scenes to make a stay feel effortless. That's what inspired me to create GigiStays.
